Another great episode! I relate to both Jen and Alex here :-D I was underweight as a kid, and the doctors put me on "carnation instant breakfast" lol. When I got to grad school something changed and I started gaining weight when I didn't want to. I am trying to focus on body recomposition and build muscle but....its hard!

Carnation Instant Breakfast...that's right up there with doctors recommending Metamucil! A classic. And it's definitely hard to build muscle...but keep going for it!

I weirdly loved Carnation breakfast bars when I was a teenager. On my first foray into dieting, I tried to subsist on those and Slimfast shakes - the worst. Then I started smoking and lost a ton of weight but was not at all healthy.
