You had me at coffee! I love coffee but have to manage consumption very carefully as I also have anxiety. I see great benefits with work productivity and exercise but when it wears off, you can feel rubbish. I can only have a double shot a day and always have to bear in mind that caffeine has a half life. I tried switching to matcha but not for me. So interesting how different people can tolerate different amounts. My fiancé can only have 2 teas a day, sends his heart rate sky high! How many Yorkshire teas is Abbie having per day?! 🤔
