Not quite, but when it comes to health, it does have pros and cons.
I find I can be easily distracted working from home. If I don't schedule my workouts sometimes hours will go by and nothing!
This is my problem exactly. When I'm in the office, there are more active distractions, like someone coming up to talk to you or needing to go get coffee from the cafeteria. At home, I'll often just keep working for hours.
